And I've decided that I must buy a food processor of sorts. I could just use my blender to puree the garlic/ginger/onion mixture, but garlic tends to linger, and then my smoothies will probably taste like garlic, which isn't the most appetizing idea. Right now, I just minced the garlic as finely as I had patience to, grated the ginger (works well), and grated the onion (took forever). We'll see how the recipe turns out tomorrow.
On that note, I'm totally starting a recipe sharing community if I can think up a cool name. That way, no searching through tons of posts to find that recipe someone mentioned a while back or whatever. Anyone interested? *Pokes Lori* It can be a wine sharing community too...
