Starter
Snapper, lemon, lime, grapefruit, pomelo

Wagyu carpaccio, coconut lime puree and sesame
Entrée
Watermelon and coconut gazpacho, lime oil, basil, mint and black truffle
- or -
Oyster boil-up, watercress chips
Main Festival Dish
Earth oven pork belly, smoked red cabbage gratin, pūhā, pikopiko and crackling

- or -
Chargrilled kōura tail, crisp fried potatoes, watercress and pickled radish salad, mango and pawpaw
Dessert
Banana vermicelli fritter, kaffir lime custard, coconut cream sorbet and white chocolate
Beverage
Earnest juice or Big Sky Grüner Veltliner 2016 (upgrade to a bottle for $50) or upgrade to Cocktail for $18 / + TAPAS $24

Again I shared so we got to try all 5 dishes.  The only thing we didn't chose was the festival dish cos we wanted that cray!
Only issue with the food was that it was so upmarket gourmet that we left still hungry. The main was maybe only 8 or 10 spoonfuls. The dessert was 4 dessert spoonfuls big. And we had to go next door to the sushi train to fill our tummies up. However we got a free upgrade to the slushie cocktail since we mentioned that we really enjoyed it from last year.
