Thoughts
I just realized something. I noticed it when I went back to my Oxford. Everyone else here... Their daemons are inside of them. It seems odd that back in my world, people would think they were all monsters, but here, it's not normal to have your soul outside your body. I guess that makes me special, in a way. I just hope no one tries to pet Pantalaimon.
I haven't seen Zephyr since I got back. I hope he's all right, and I hope that someone killed that awful man who wanted to hurt him.
I've been having dreams about my mother again. They're really confused. Sometimes we're in Bolvangar, or her flat, or that cave she kept me in. I can't remember what happens in them, except that I'm always scared and angry when I wake up. I asked the alethiometer, but it just said it was because I was thinking about her. I don't want to think about her.
