Hear hear. And the news is about all about how the economy has grown 7% in the past quarter. The top 6 earners change from year to year, but our ministers are infallible? I don't even understand why there's the comparison with the private sector. If the burning desire to be a public SERVANT is gone, move on, and let someone else take over.
now no civil service liao.. its called civil lordship.. ;P very soon we have to refer to them as "your lordship" and "your ladyship" and we might return to feudal fiefdom.. icking out a living while taxed too poor and too blur to even bleat..
Actually what disgusts me the most is that some highly educated Singaporeans are blaming the poor for not helping themselves. Of cos, Its the fault of these illerate aunties who put in 14 - 18hr workdays for not investing in shares! Pfft.
yes. i echo that sentiment too. they (the elites, or any characteristics of bo-chapness) have become heartless. their thirst to succeed has removed the 'heart' from them. they to me, are the most unprofitable for the human soul.
