How far from Portland is Ashland, out of curiosity?

A long ways...about 5 hours or so. Ashland is just barely above the California Border

Nevermind then. I may have mentioned this to you, but my aunt lives in a suburb of Portland...if you were relatively close to there, I'd have an excuse next year to take a trip to "see her" :P
