=\

I think my monitor is about to go. First my computer didn't want to wake up from sleep this morning, even with my moving the mouse and clicking on the screen AND hitting the space/shift/k keys. So I went to go turn the computer off and it didn't turn off, but it did make the monitor come up and that's when I saw it had rebooted anyway.

However... I noticed that the cursor and the writing on the screen were all shakey, like if I had a desk fan on. But I didn't. =\ Then, when it got to the desktop, it was so horrible that I couldn't even read the clock or stuff, even though I could still see things. It was like static on a tv; it blocks a lot of your view, but you can still see the picture. There's no way I'd be able to browse the net with it. >_<

So Rachel turned off the computer and I let it sit like that for a while. When I turned it back on, it was the same thing. It was perfectly fine last night, too.

Maybe it knows that I'll be getting a new one soon and is just being difficult now. Who knows. I've never actually had a monitor die on me before, so I don't know if this vibratiness is a prelude or not. I know that when their monitor died, it just wouldn't turn on. Either way, though, it's really annoying.

Depending on how things go, I may not be online for a while or at least not as much this coming week.

In other news, I finally decided on which icons to use to get back to my 15. =D I made five new ones; 1 from my dream yesterday and four from caps I found of the Ellery Queen tv show. X3 ♥ Ellery Queen. At least the one from the 70s, since that's the only one I've seen.

Speaking of Ellery Queen, I'm going to start one of the two books of his that I got, either tonight or tomorrow morning, since I finished the Agatha Christie one I bought at the same time. I think I'll start with Why So Dead?, since that does not star Ellery. I hope it's good.
