Okay guys.

So last week I gave up caffeine. oh my lord you have no idea how hard it is to do grad school on no caffeine. It should be outlawed, but I have made it a week.

This week I'm going to concentrate on getting in at least 10 minutes of hardcore working out every day, even if it's just some situps or taking my bike out for a spin around the aparments.

Next week i'm going to cut out white sugar and flour, but that's the hardest of these three steps, so i'm saving it for last. If it takes me two weeks to kick it, I've already got some excellent groundwork for working out and not drinking pop like a pop drinking thing.

now sleeping like a sleeping thing. ♥
