(no subject)
Guys, recently I have become obsessed with the idea of Eames being injured on the job and getting amnesia. Like he's seperated from Ariadne and Arthur, and they think he's lost (;_____;) but really he's in some sort of mental ward because he doesn't know who he is. And he's in this hospital and he can't dream from all his years of using the PASIV, which is not the kind of thing he wants to tell his doctors? Like it's lol fic amnesia, so he remembers things, but he's not sure how it all weaves together? And maybe he has moments where he feels like he's dreaming but he's awake. I'm still not so sure how I feel about a poker chip as a totem (like I want clarification about how it actually works) but he has this fear at those dreams.
And eventually he tries to get word to Saito and he thinks the doctors have been taking his letters (which they have) but then he sweet talks a nurse and gets a letter out and Saito springs him! \o/ And Eames still doesn't have all the pieces, like he remembers the jobs that they've been working and he remembers how Ariadne's hands felt when she'd straight his jacket and the way Arthur would comb his hair. Maybe he doesn't even remember that they're together or that they've bought a house with a lot of land.
BUT THEN HE FINDS THEM AND THEN THERE IS FIXING IT AND SO MUCH HEALING SEX. >:)
