Happy MLK Day (Giggles)
I never seem to update unless I am bored at work...well, nothing is new today! Yes, I am working a HOLIDAY shift at work. Booya. Ok, enough of this boring work crap. Let's talk about the weekend!
First and foremost, have I told you all lately how much I love my apartment? I love you Brothel. So this weekend was Lauren's 21st Birthday party! It was bomb, to say the least.
Friday was full of NO CLASS OR WORK and MANI/PEDI'S with Melinda and Narges. Oh how I love those girls! Yaya! After our trip to Westside for footlove and shopping, Mel and I got Damen and Pithias...it was my first time. WOW! Yum, I love. Aahahahaa, so our tummys were full of lots of absorbent material before the Partaaaay of the century. Yes, our party was awesome. We had freeloaders and cops and lots of love, and NOTHING got stolen! (We taped all the doors and cabinets shut...hehheee, I love my MacGyver.) Everyone looked incredibly hott, and we partied the night away. My favorite part was when Mel told some guy she was going to kick his ass if he didnt leave....and he left because he was scared! HA!
Anyways, Saturday was for recovery. Although my head was fine in the morning, Chelsea, Mel, and Dustin werent so hot. SO we did the only logical thing of course. We went to IHOP and got more food than could feed a small army. Oh how we ate. It was glorious. The waiter gave us girls funny looks when we ordered the biggest breakfasts on the menu PLUS a side of biscuits and gravy. Mmm mmmm mmmmm.
OH! I almost forgot! Lauren and I watched Gone with the Wind on Saturday, and finished it yesterday. So, other than being dissappointed at the end, even though I KNOW they get together again eventually, it was really good! I heart Rhett Butler too. I wanna me carried up stairs at 3 steps at a time to be "loved!" Oh wait, I have...HA! Teheheee :-) Clark Gable was pretty hot in his day.
So yesterday is kinda a blur to be honest with you. I know that I woke up super late, read, did pilates with Mel, baked a cake, watched some more GWTW, and the Grey's Anatomy. It was kinda a slow day. Oh, Rob came over though! That was coooool. :-)
Today I will read and not play on the computer all day. Maybe. We shall see!
