Also, does this mean no Illyria? with Fred already being the seer? Or is somebody else going to be her meatsuit? And about one of Fred's last thoughts concerning her limited lifespan, - at least it will be longer than the one she got on the show.

But I share your Cordelia love, so I promise, things like this were done specifically to continue with what the show dropped, to show that tptb wouldn't just leave Angel with no guide, that we got to see more of a reaction from the gang about her death (ANY SORT OF REACTION SHOW), and how that even if the powers really did get transfered to someone else, it wouldn't make them into Cordelia or her role in the group ("the heart" or anything else) it just meant they got her visions, that Cordelia made a choice of who to give them to. I also tried to show a little bit more of the friendship that we didn't get to see between Cordie and Fred, if that makes sense, because the show was always more about telling than showing when it came to these two. So I wanted to show lots of stuff in all that. And this is obviously me rambling about it. XD (And most defenitely Cordie did deserve better. I never understood why they didn't bring her ( ... )
