Keeping the Tradition alive
So Yesterday Richard and I got an actual Christmas Tree for this year. I was all excited yestereday about getting it and having the apartment smell like christmas tree I totally forgot what yesterday was. Yesterday was my or would have been my dads birthday. Growing up it was tradition that every year on his birthday we would go get our tree and decorate it. He figured the tree would hold up better because his birthday was so close to Christmas that it would still be alive. I remembered about dads birthday last night while Richard and I were out getting some stuff for the tree..
