Shuffle War

I've got 19 people ready to play. I'd like to get 1 more. I'm going to give people 'till noon and then I'm going to post the first round.
If I end up with an odd number, the last person selected randomly gets a bye.
Unless there's a better way to do it and someone tells me what it is.
