In theory my first post would have included states, weight, measurements and all that jazz... HOWEVER I feel like complete and utter crap this morning and bloated and dizzy... so so much for the formality it ain't gonna happen.
So I should admit to myself that I still have another month to drop another 4-5% of fat. I can SEE my six pack for the first time in my life... but it still needs a LIL work.
Ok...so I'm 5'3" and last time i checked the scale I was at JUST under 134 lbs. My BMI was in the 23 point something so I'm not overly concerned about that... I just refuse to put on anything after all this hard damn work.
I started out at 160 lbs... on a 5'3" frame... that would be almost like Jessica Simpson... a lil smaller... but the same idea. So... 25 lbs later in a couple of months... plus... this winter I did a SHIT job putting any weight off because I couldn't run...JUST got my treadmill...I couldn't ride my horses...ground was froze or two much snow... all the excuses in the book are good I'm sure. PLUS when it's cold... a body that has less fat on it... wants MORE fat to keep warm...so nature makes you WANT to eat... that's a struggle alone...I bloated back up to 140 at one point... so had to lose THAT aswell... so... FINALLY I am back down to 134 lbs... if not a little under. And... according to some height versus weight thing I'm on the HEAVY side of an 'average' weight person in my height rage... 121 lbs would be the lower end...
So got my treadmill... there's enough snow that I can go ride with out dying so horses won't slip...and if I do come off I land on nice fluffy snow.. YAY.
I run 15 minutes .... 2-3 times a day... at 6 mph... that burns between 300-450 calories a day for me. And because I am trying to lose the fat... I eat between 800-1000 calories...depends how much exercise I did that day. If I'm sick I'll eat 1200 calories just to give my body the extra UMPH to feel better. Once I reach my goal I will return to a normal diet of 1200 calories-1400 calorie plus daily exercise.
So... I'll probably work out tonight for 15-30 minutes... after I do laundry...
I have a wedding to go to in March. Want to look fabulicous...
