(no subject)
Life is back to busy. Not that it ever changed from being busy. It'll be fine after next Monday. My midterms will be done by then (okay so exams will start like 3 weeks after that... but I'm taking things a day at a time). Jamie's still here, but he's leaving on Tuesday. Things between us settled down the day after I wrote my last entry. That was mostly because his computer crashed, (coincidence? life finally being good to me again?) and his computer was the main problem... It's fixed again now, but we've resolved our issues which I'm glad about and I'm relieved that I didn't send him home early.
I'm a bit stressed about moving. I've found a great new place near school, it's huge for it's price and location and I'm really happy about it. The only thing is, it was broken into just a few days ago. The door is fixed now and two more deadbolts have been put on. The neighborhood isn't bad, but the fact that it's a student neighbourhood makes it prone to break-ins. It's a little sketch. The apartment is perfect though and apparently this sort of stuff happens a lot in the student ghetto... I figure I'll still take it. I mean, this could happen anywhere and with a little more security on my part (a few more locks, an alarm system etc.) I should be fine. The apartment has an intercom system and cameras are being put in, I don't think I have anything to worry about. At least that's what my friends have been telling me.
Schools been busy. Two midterms left to get through... must do well to make up for my slip during the last midterm. I'll be fine. It's getting warmer which is super. Montreal is so much better when its warm.
