Hump Day and Snow Today
Yesterday stretched on endlessly.... after work I rushed to class and sat there for 3 hours and 20 minutes. There were so many notes to take and all this information to cram into our brains. My weary brain tried to keep up as I furiously scribbled down notes, and at the same time shuffled through my handouts as he made references to the xeroxes we received last week. I haven't had to do this since I was in college and it was a strange feeling, lol. Only when we received our seven minute break did I breathe a little easier. After our break, we huddled wiht our partners and discussed our project. As we did so, the prof circulated the room and asked for an update from each group. It seems that some groups took longer than others because he still didn't get to my group yet even though the class had ended already. So we stayed behind as well as a few other groups. After we finally had a chance to speak to him, it was 9:30 already and the class was suppose to have ended around 8:40.
After hurriedly packing my bag and bidding the prof a good night, I rushed to the subway station. As I stood there waiting for the subway, I turned around and who did I see? My professor =P Of course I took advantage of this opportunity and asked him some more questions that I had about the project. I got home around 10:30 and finally I got to eat my dinner. And that was my Hump Day =P
Woke up feeling so tired this morning and what did I see? Sleet, yuck! Now it's 2pm and snowing like crazy and I'm wishing that I was at home, snug in my bed and sleeping away. Instead I'm here *sigh*. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day...
