Well this is the start of my third week walking. We have increased distance from one mile to 2.5 starting tomorrow. Because I am working from 8-5 this week and last Ingrid and I have been getting up in the morning and walking then. I really love walking early. I don't look forward to having to go back to walking after work. I will keep with it though.
I have also enjoyed the time spent with Ingrid. I feel better but not exhausted. I am already working out ways to continue my regimen in ML for Memorial weekend and Bo has agreed to walk with me on days when Ingrid can't make it. I am really proud of my self for sticking with it and so is Ingrid. She has been bragging about me to anyone she can. It makes me feel good. For Mother's day she even bought me a new pair of walking shoes. :D
I think it's just he kind of change I needed. Hopefully it's just the start of changes I want to make for the better in my life overall. :D

Walking so much is part of the reason for my long break from my journal. At first it took up time and when combined with taking grandma places (and other things) I had no time left over. With walking in the morning it's made me tired in the afternoons. Today I got a chance to sit down and write out a few things that have been swimming around in my head for a while. Hopefully I can fill in a few more gaps in the next day or so. :D
