(no subject)
last night was Prom. the night was...okay, i guess. Zach made me this totally awesome badass choker that matched my dress, and i got so many complements and even from people i didn't know. (a first for me!) that part was cool. And I'd like to think the mix CD i made for the limo ride was a hit. three or four people asked for a copy...
The dancing part itself was...more or less good. While they did play a bunch of stupid songs, they played some really good ones (with actual melodies)! my head iched the whole time, what with the hairspray, sweat and bobbypins (roughly 83 stuffed up in my hair). I've never actually gone to get an up-do before but it felt so damn good to take a shower.
What definately brought on the glee was seeing all of my friends dressed up! It was so amazing. (especially DJ, but don't tell him i said that). I got to dance a lot with Emily, Janika, Zach, Brittany and even a bit with Craig...but he can't do much but bob his hips a little (bah.)whats really strange is that i couldnt find Angie at all. And every one seemed to freak out when i let go and danced.
You know that feeling when you get into the music and stop caring and really move? I mean, i can feel it happen to me, just everybody falling away. Not to be cheesy or anything.
I think the dinner part was a little stupid. I couldn't finish my meal and i had to carry around the leftovers. [DUMB]
The limo ride was crowded.
I requested "Feel Good Inc." and the DJ never played it. WTF?
I took some super cool pictures and a lot of really bad ones. I hope to stick of up on DevArt some time.
I think I'll do some (more) camera-whoring and model Zach's jewelry and stick those up on DevArt too. (if you don't mind Zach.)
