in five days...
Basketball in the morning was fun, but it was kinda depressing to think that the next time I go I will have to drive 30+ minutes...
Went with my mom and sister to the new house to start moving some stuff. It was the first time I've seen the house pretty much completed. I thought it looks very nice, but then I thought about all the things I lose by moving. The ping pong table had to go because we won't have anywhere to put it, and the basketball court will also be gone because now that we live in a community we can't put anything outside.
My mom kept raving on and on about her walk-in closet. It was huge, I thought she had a lot of clothes before but now in her new closet it actually looked kinda empty.
There was a home-sweet-home feel already in the new house. I was working and then fell asleep on the carpet... it felt really nice until I was awakened by the cold. It felt like it was 40 degrees in the room.
And I liked the carpet. It was new and my mom said it was the best one available. And it's guaranteed to not have dog pee on it, not now and not ever, because the dogs will not be allowed to go upstairs. They even bought one of those fence things... don't know what it's called, but on the cover was a baby not being able to enter a room because the room was blocked with it.
Still so much to do. A lot of homework plus a lot of packing. The daylight savings time sure came at a bad time... =T
