I had an entry about Taiwan politics. It was all nice and well and I had done spell check and everything. I was all ready to hit the "update journal" button but then bzzzt the electricity went out. It turned out to be the electricitian messing with the house's power panel. So I lost the entry, oh well...
Anyway... Chen Water Flat sucks because he tried to win sympathy votes by pretending to be shot. He walked into the freaking hospital under his own power. And then he realized that the plan backfired because nobody was fooled. On the call-in shows everybody cursed Chen for pulling such a dirty trick. So then Water Flat decided to fix the votes. And now he wins by 20000 votes, and everybody knows it's bullshit. There is a riot because the citizens of Taiwan want to see Chen's stomach to determine if there was even really a gunshot. And they are also demanding a recount. Taiwan sucks, even presidents cheat... I hope they don't have a negative influence on the US candidates.
But now I have another issue. I can't choose what college to go to. My mom said it was a choice between UCLA, UCSD, and UCB (if I get in). Daniel, my tutor, likes UCLA and trashes the other colleges. But... I'm sure he's biased. After all, he is a UCLA alumni. My mom wants UCSD, cuz he wants to go to San Diego. And she says that the San Diego area is gonna be the future silicon valley of Southern California. UCB will also be good, although I doubt I'll get in, cuz I'll be able to get more help from my sister.
Decisions decisions... too bad UCR is outta the picture. I wanted the bling bling...
I don't like politics, but arguing is fun. Although arguing with dumb people sucks. When they already have no more arguments that they can make, but they still insist on arguing. Then they know they lost... and on with the pointless name-calling. Why can't they just freaking admit defeat?
