Last night I had a dream that I was in a room surround by everyone from my past who has made me feel insecure; exes, their parents and friends etc. And in the dream I was naked. Most dreams where you're naked and vulnerable make you feel afraid or self-concious. But in this dream I felt so powerful and comfortable in my own skin. I felt so empowered!

I see these future changes as something so positive and amazing. I feel like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly and I feel great!
