Merry Christmas
It's just 19 minutes shy of Christmas Day, where I am, so as I drink wine and eat my Christmas gift of cheesecake (!) and watch Band of Brothers, I wish you all Merry Christmas.
My brother (who I just learned is an NCO in... wait for it... E Company of his regiment (though they call it Echo not Easy)) made it home yesterday, in time for Christmas. He's made it through a year in Iraq and will be heading out again sometime next year, but for now, he's home.
