Geez... how did I let myself get so fat?

It's funny I was posting in a LJ community I joined for people who need to lose 100lbs or more and i suddonly realized I started gaining weight when I started LJ 5 years ago. Now if that isnt proof that LJ makes you fat i dont know what is!

OK I told you folks that I would:
Weigh myself - CHECK... big and scary... I got myself a scale.
Get a tracker - CHECK... see above.
Post a Menu - CHECK .. see below.

Monday- Friday (not sure if i am going to eat that friday night or not)
Breakfast - Raspberry Rainbow from Jamba Juice (no banana) - a mess of vitamans, all of my fruit for the day!
Lunch - Chicken Quesidilla Lean Pocket
Salad (spinich and roman), carrots, balsamic vinigarette
Dinner - Tomato Soup
Drink - WATER... my mom got me some crystal light lemonaid stuff... i might try it but i LOVE water
Snack - Jerky - sounds crazy but a serving in 80cal. and 1g of fat TONS of protine!
Totals
Calories - 1047.5
Protine- 23.3
Fat - 14.3
Carbs - 207.4
Fiber - 14

I will have to update later on the Weekend menu, which involves me cooking! =)
