I hate getting jerked around! Seriously... I dont understand why i have to take the slack on things that i have no idea what is going on with. As everyone knows I havent had a working computer for 3 weeks. So my boss gives me some work to keep me busy while i am waiting. Trucks that have caught on fire! ooo... ok well i tried on monday to call the people i am supposed to call to get rembusment on the trucks. I got a lady that told me she could help me that the lady that helped me before could help. ??? What lady this is the first time i had called... so they transfered me to her. No answer. So today i call the same person she says she cant help so she transfers me to some guy he said "oh you need to talk to Jerry." so I talk to Jerry he said "why arent you calling the insurance company?" Me "Uh... ***well i donno why im not im just doing what my boss told me to do*** well the car wasnt in an accident we have already talked to the insurance company and we feel it is a defect in the truck we are looking for $27,904 for the cost of a van." Jerry "well you cant talk to me about this call this number ...." GRRRR!!! I WILL KILL PEOPLE! I am going to call one more number and if i cant get someone to help I will give the work back to my boss.
