Curiosity - 18yo dating a 15 yo
So I figured I'd give a shout out to the residents here with a question, in my mind it's already decided but I want to see if I'm the only one.
Situation: I came across this 18yo guy going out with a 15yo girl (not on this site btw). Right now it's just online. They do talk on the phone.
Some of their 'exchanges' are on the sexual side:
- "i wish i could see XD I had to un button my pants cuz it was starting to hurt XD and im alone... ;)"
- "O\\\\\O ... permission to have a boner??? XD"
- "*licks insides deeply* Yummy... X3"
- "*nose bleeds* I wish i was there" (Japanese reference to being sexually aroused)
- "*gently goes lower and licks your you know what* XD"
- "*licks at neck violently and keeps moving lower*"
- "*feels your soft body pressed against me as our bodies rub violently together*"
- "*takes shirt off for you and gently hugs you and rubs against your soft skin*"
And on and on.... The above are posted in public access areas.
Does all this count as pedophilia or sexual engagement with a minor to you? To my knowledge there have been people arrested for such in the past, but I'd have to dig to find the articles.
