A/N: I now the "normal" prompt was inspired by after Christmas wind down, but with Bobby Goren it made me think of him during Christmas. Hope that still fits with the challenge. Also this is from Bobby's POV
So, this is normal. This is what normal families do on Christmas Eve.
I watch her from my quiet corner as she holds her nephew, helping him rip into his packages. He seems more interested in the ripping than he does the actual gift.
I don't think I've ever seen her so at ease.
This does to her what she does to me.
It's loud, but not obnoxious. There's a melody to her family's banter that comes from years of practice. It's not completely unlike the rythmn between Eames and myself.
I ease further into the lazyboy, watching her, and find myself relaxing.
