I am in a great mood. I got my cell phone yesterday, I get my clothes back tomorrow and a pedicure and a massage. Good stuff. Life is great. Hopefully I get my *other* mail today or else i'm going to be thinking about it all weekend. Reception is horrible in the barracks--the record for an undisconnected call stands at 20 mins. Craziness. I took a pic of myself last night on my phone and sent it to my dad--it was cute...i stole alison's idea. It was me smiling holding a post-it note that read "I <3 Daddy!" It was cute I thought. Not too much going on down here. Because it rained yesterday it got pretty cold out--no fun. We did a company run today and all that I have to say is we had to have run like 2.5 miles today or more because I do my 2 miles in 18:00 flat and we ran for 28 mins. today and I was dying. Something isn't right. Aside from that, I was talking to a friend today about my "future hubby" and all the guys turned and were like "you're getting married?". They were disappointed when I told them I was eventually--we've got it all planned out. LOL That one barrier is now gone so we'll see right? And my father WILL NOT send him to Alaska if I have anything to do with it--gotta love the padre. He's playing though--he likes to mess. I can't think of anyone who dislikes him...well...okay....maybe...i shouldn't post anything. LOL. I'm going to lunch now--the great army meals that i get here. Fantastic.
