Hurrah for the shattering of hermit-like existence! Well, sort of anyway... have had a lot of catching up done this week and a good number of reasons for celebration all round, holiday season aside. :D Engagements, birthdays and Honours work completed, to name a few. I myself will be rounding up work for the year soon so I'm looking forward to that

looks like I'm gonna need it! my friend is still attempting to figure out how and where she can watch it tonight and with pretty limited success!
was it wholly deserving of its M rating? (15s or over if that's not used over in the US :P) I would imagine this film would have to be as dark as everyone says it is, esp considering how it ends

well, yeah, it's rated PG-13 here (13 and over) and whilst the deaths are not gory (it is just magic after all), there are several themes in the movie that'll scare the little kiddies away. And you know, the whole "romance" undertones will make the lil ones go "ewwwww!" :lmao:

My blast of a brother rushed out of the house this afternoon saying, 'well, seems I'm watching Harry Potter'. Apparently he just got a call and off he was to go! Lucky punk. He liked it and also mentioned that it would be more greatly appreciated by those who had already read the book. Does that sound right to you? I was hoping to go see it with my sisters (originally also my bro, but well :P) next weekend, but my other sister can't make it :P:P Hehehe, we'll see it eventually!
 don't you just love little kiddies? ;)

yes, as I said in my review, if you hadn't read the books, you'd kinda be like "wtf?" because some scenes were a little disjointed, but amazingly it still works. Go figure.
so did you go see it yet?
