Hahaha, I love that you are suspicious of the food. THE SANDWICH IS POISONED. THE END.
Quinn has tons of guilt when it comes to Santana - most of which we're all aware of from Bad Things, but also little stuff like this. That LFO CD was IMPORTANT, GOSH.
Santana hates that she knows what they do with her handcuffs. In fact, I'm pretty sure she'd prefer Quinn to burn the handcuffs (if that were possible) rather than give them back because she sure as hell doesn't want them anymore.
Quinn definitely sees Rachel as untainted by all of Santana's darkness and she's super protective of that. Santana suggesting that Rachel would leave really cuts at Quinn because Rachel's the only stable, normal thing in her life. And that's part of what Santana hates about Rachel because Quinn's so certain of it while here's Santana with her broken 15 year relationship with the love of her life.
1) I JUST LOVE HOW SWEET THEY ARE OKAY OKAY 2) BRITTANY AND QUINN SCENES ARE SO UNDERUSED MAN 3) When I reread this yesterday, I totally laughed out loud at the name Allie Perkins, thanks to our, ah, interesting convo yesterday morning. Emphasis on the Perkins. 4) I'm still really amused that Quinn has the stunning brunette with the killer legs type
Jeez...I got really emotional with this. It's like I said before...I never really took the time to think about Quinn and how Britt leaving affected her so much.
I LOVE that you had the flashback of the LFO CD thing in this part after we just learned about it haha...brilliant. I really like how there's a lot of Brittany in general, even though it's Quinn's story. I feel like we can really get a grasp of who she is when we're looking at her through another person's perspective who is juts as close to her as Santana.
Also, GAH, finding out that Britt went over to Quinn's after her and Santana broke up...I can't even...
Rachel and Quinn are, like, the best married couple EVER. I love them lots and Quinn's plea at the end just tore me apart in the best way possible.
This fic is great, and I'm so happy to see all these blanks getting filled. I'm rereading the earlier parts of Bad Things as I go along with this so it was cool to see what happened to Santana after she left Britt's and woke up on Quinn's couch.
I like writing this because you definitely don't get the depth of what Quinn is going through in Bad Things. So it's a fun exploration of that side of the threesome, for sure.
I love Rachel and Quinn being adorably married and cuddly especially with knowing how broken Santana and Brittany are at the moment.
So happy you're enjoying it, it's been really great to be able to fill in all the blanks I left in Bad Things. So much goes on that you don't find out about!
