Who woulda thunk that blowing your diet for just one day would have added 2 lbs! Well it did. Ashley's B-day party was friday and I had cake and chips. I've manage to work them back off but no more blowing my diet!! I've also started exercising and my upper back is so sore. I'm not as hungry as I have been either so that's good too. Current weight is 210 lbs.
