well all didn't go as planned, but it went well nonetheless...
The bands transportation died on the way, and damn me for not exchanging numbers "just in case"..
so we were hoping for them to arrive, so we pushed everything back a bit, making it darker (which worked out for the better) and we see many of the things that we hope to do differently for next year...point being, it was great enough to cause more hype and get it going for next year, advertise a bit more and add more into the journey. Kev-o went to town on the graveyard and it turned out AMAZING!!!!! pictures will be up soon, i promise.
The drumming was almost too good to put into words, with the local hippies (sajer, mary beth, starman..ect...) coming in it made the drumming that much better...
The food was great, Chris' smoked chicken was the BOMB, or maybe it was just because i was starving from running around the property a million times, i swear we really need to have a golf cart out there, it would make things SO much easier.
another thing to remember....the glow sticks are better than candles in the luminary bags, next year i will make a point to order bulk sticks on Ebay.
tired, still....not recooped yet.
PASSED MY DRIVING TEST, which means AT LAST i am a licenced driver. took advantage of that and went to the grocery store, just Lucas and I and i will be driving myself to a side job tommorrow...which side can turn into permenant position here soon, $15 cleaning houses...its a dirty job, but good pay and i can wear a walkman or bring a radio...here's to that! (course i think i'd go insane if i couldn't have some sort of sound when i do it.)
ok, tried on my wedding band, Jozef was too sweet to have "jenny" engraved on the inside, he said i have no need to look at engagement rings online, which i suppose means that he has already picked one out!
