1. No sick. No pain. Why upset?
Maybe you should visit the hospital and see how much people is much more less fortunate than you are. Stop complaining that your eyes are too tiny, your hips are too wide,...whatever. At least we are born with regular features, what's there to grumble about? Instead, we should be thankful to him for everything he gave to us.
2.Do charity. People who have special advantages of wealth should help people who do not have. Feel glad that the money you donated could change the lives of the unfortunate. Seeing others happy makes you happy too.
3. Crazy shopping. Use the money you earned after long hours of working to buy the things you like. Pamper yourself. Maybe you can do a window shopping, though you can't get the things you want but by looking at them is better-than-nothing right?
4. someone who takes everything to heart seriously will never be a happy person. Learn to forgive others, forgive yourself. This will therefore eliminates grudges and unneccesary hostilities. DON'T live up to high expectations cause you fall deep when you fail. DON'T bother about trifling matters.
5. Start giving people compliments, this will make them happy. Of course not by flattering, but to genuinely admire someone for something good they've done. DON'T make caustic remarks of others or treat others meanly. Sometimes a bit of sweet and honeyed phrases or fine-sounding words also make people feel better.
6. Eat chocolates, icecreams. Desserts spelled backwards ''stressed''. By eating those, you are also eating stress away!

8. Look up for funny videos at youtube, sure to make you laugh your head off!
