Rant coming
ok, before i start in on what pissed me off today, i´m going to do the general update thing.
so, i had a pretty good birthday, went to a movie with my friends, and Amy bought me a drink that night while we all sat in the cafe. it doesn´t sound like much but being as homesick as i was, it was pretty good. they also surprised me with a visit to a Spa. my first visit... not too bad, but it hurt like hell and i ended up bruised (i wonder if they payed extra for that part) lol.
i´ve been to three movies since being here. the first Volver, not too bad, but a little weird. Pirates of the Carribean 2 (because Johnny Depp is hot in every language) which was good as well (Spain is awesome at dubbing). and last, and least, Verano en Berlin, a German film dubbed in Spanish... i´m never seeing another foreign film... for at least 5 years. i need time to recover.
school has been alright. just want it to end... which it will... in 3 days! woohoo! so yeah, for this last week of school my class got separated and put into two other classes because there were three small classes and only wanted two normal sized class. the change in teachers is like night and day which finally makes the classes bearable... almost... begin rant...
ok, i love my classes, i love being in Spain, and i love meeting all of the people at the Internation School... but i am 100% hating one person. she is the biggest bitch of all time, and it doesn´t help that she is from France and thinks she is so much better than everyone else. i have a few french friens here, but none of them like her. she is the person that the world talks shit about when they say french people are bad. every day she is like "well... in France we say blah blah blah" every 10 minutes! and then, today i was explaining something to my friend, so we were talking in English (as do the Germans and French and Italians... we don´t always speak Spanish!) and she interrupts going "chschschschschs (like almost a hissing noise but more annoying)" and says (in Spanish) "Don´t speak in English because it confuses me" and i just wanted to say "Don´t interrupt, Bitch, we weren´t talking to you!". and then, (granted it was during her presentation) we have a pregnant woman in our class, and she can´t always control when she has to go, and since she has this extra force pushing on her bladder, she has to go more frequently. so she gets up to pee, doesn´t say a thing and is being very polite and this woman stops and just glares at her as if she was commiting the biggest crime of the century by missing her beloved presentation. so Christine yells out (in Spanish) "she is pregnant" and she says, rather meanly "i know!"
what the fuck ever! i hate her...
but i love everyone else... so thats good. later all!
