The perfect end to a perfect day
wow, today (meaning, from the time i got up until this point now, right before bed) has been just fabulous. i got to sleep in, which is one of my top 10 favorite things to do. i had a great workout today, i'm feeling better about it. did my interview for the Hotel. i start tomorrow (technically today) morning.
i took my car down to Schucks. turns out my plug wires were shitty and i needed new ones. so after $40 and Roy's help, my car rides a lot smoother (although it could still use some help). then Andrew, Roy, Liz, Jayden, Sammy and i all went to Douglas Falls to play in the water. it was so much fun! i was a bit concerned though. my sister took a pretty good fall and i'm worried she may have done some real damage to her hand/wrist. i'll have to ask her about it when i get up.
afterwards, Andrew and i went to Subway where we saw Grant. he asked if Andrew was my husband, then after a moment, he asked if he was my boyfriend. i didn't say anything, but just looked at Andrew and waited for him to answer. interesting, i thought. we then ran up to Andrew's parent's place to drop off a movie and so Andrew could change.
then off to the Drive-in to watch Monster in Law, and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. not bad movies. we met up with Miles and Jamie there. they only stayed for one movie. oh, and dad called at one point to tell me that Marvin (the cat i'm watching) was still in the house, which was great news because i thought he had gotten out somehow and was long gone. anyway, the main thing is that i got a lot of things done and had a wonderful day.
now i'm here waiting for Andrew to get online so i know he got home safetly, just as i always do. :)
