So, my dad is finally getting internet service. Yay! I look forward to being part of his learning experience, and watching the 'net draw my mom in *evil laugh*
Snow....again. Weatherman warned it wouldn't hit until late this afternoon, but, as usual for out here, it showed up when it pleased--mid morning. *sigh* Hubby wanted to live in the mountains, and by golly, here we are. Good thing I love him, 'cuz this isn't my idea of heaven.
Creative sparks are trying to flare again, after being dormant for far too long. The beads are calling, but the message is so soft I'm having to work to interpret it. Won't be doing any polymer clay until I can replace my oven--too bad, but that's life. Not going to use my big oven for the little things that need baking. Sewing is on hold until A) I can actually move in my craft room, and B) it gets a bit warmer. My hands just don't like this cold weather--joints ache, a lot.
Just saw the coyote--she looks good, and shows up well against the snowy background. Haven't seen her in almost 3 weeks, so it's nice to know she's still around, and doing OK.
Working our farm plan for spring. We know what we need to do in order to do what we want to do, so now it's just a matter of financing it--fencing for livestock is going to be the biggest expense, and with no job, it's going to be tricky. We'll figure it out.
