8 Happy Days
Happy Thing #8: Being asked, repeatedly, if I would be working tomorrow.
I know it's another work thing, but truth is I spend 40 hours at work every week, and that's the majority of the time I'm awake. I love my family deeply, and would love to be able to be home with them all the time, but life just isn't like that either financially or tempermentally - I like working. And I like where I'm working so very much.
My happy thing, is that I am liked at work, by the people who work for me. My weekend crew rocks my world, and I like getting these moments of knowing I rock their world, too.
It's been a very happy week, and next week will be, too. I hope yours are as well - every single one of 'em.
