Well it is finally summer again. I have a job now. I'm currently working at Decatur High School as a secretary. It is sooo boring. I have an interview with a lawyer. All i'll be doing for him is running legal papers to the courthouse all day long. Besides that my life has been much more on track then usual. I finally reconciled with one of my long time friends Claire, got a job, getting my car fixed and the usual trip down to Florida.
Yesterday was real interesting. Ever since school started to let out, i've been hanging out with a girl who goes by the name Karishma. She's so nice. Nicer then me arrg...anyways, we were in the kitchen and I had mentioned to her that we didn't have any dishwashing soap for the dishwasher. So, me being the untalented person in the kitchen that I am, decided that I was just going to use soap. Well, about ten minutes later bubbles were coming out of either side of the dishwasher. The first words out of my mouth were "I'm screwed!" I ended up getting two of the best towels in the house and started cleaning up the mess. It was so funny to see me and Karishma cleaning up bubbles out of my floor.
Besides that, about three days ago my cousin Audrey rushed me to the emergency room. I swear people at Decatur General Hospital are the most uncourteous people in this poor, demented city. I stayed in the hospital from 9p.m.- 4:15a.m.
The nurse came in and took my blood, and then about 3 hours later I had a cat scan. The doctor came in and asked me a bunch of questions, then told me my white blood count was high which meant more tests for me. Fifteen minutes later I was told to drink this disgusting substance in a cup. It tasted so bad that I had Audrey pour some of the substance out. About 2:30a.m I was scheduled for another cat scan that viewed most of my organs. They started another IV into my arm and injected this clear liquid into my body that made me feel warm all over and it had the taste of plastic. After all of this drama I was ready to go to bed. I was so irritated that I felt insanely mad. Finally about 4a.m. the nurse came in and told me that I had ovarian cysts covering my ovaries. If I hadn't had them checked sooner then I could have gotten Ovarian Cancer. Now I have to go back to two different doctors to try and figure out what I need to do next. I'm telling you, i'm ready for the day when I don't have to experience this much pain and having to spend this much money for a doctors visit. It's real upsetting that I have to deal with my kidneys and now my ovaries. Have a great summer and stay tuned to hear what happens to me next…
