Saturday: Fresh air and music
I had a nice day! Well, nothing too interesting happened till 4 but I didn't actually get up till after 1. I was so sleepy! I made a good breakfast. It was like a lunch actually. I cooked carrots, broccoli and chick peas with soy sauce.
I redid lesson 6 of Korean and it's amazing how much more sense it made the second time. Then I was going to meet Alban to go swimming. We got to the pool at the same time but saw that it was closed to the public this weekend. We walked 1.5 hours outside Cambridge instead. The fresh air and physical activity and company was good.
I went home for a bit and did more Korean. Then I went to a restaurant for an open mic night with Aurelie. The basement has a stage and chairs. It was quite enjoyable. It's been a while since I've heard live music. I thought the first half was better though and the second half sounded more like decades old music that I didn't like as much. They have music every Saturday at this place and it sounds like it's mostly acoustic, which I like. It makes me want to learn guitar.
