Since hella people have been depressed lately,

tips
#1. learn everything you can about mood disorders
#2. Set up a lifestyle for yourself that causes as little stress as possible.
#3. Love yourself
#4. Make provisions when you are feeling well so that you will be safe when you are suicidal
#5. Ask for help when you need it
#6. Exercise, eat right, get plenty of rest and light
#7. Keep a faith
#8. Change your attitude. Think positively
#9. Work on improving your interpersonal relationship.
#10. Regularly attend a support group.

okay i dont know if those are the best if tips I think half of them sound stressful in themselves, oh well i tried.
