Sweet Roses and Childhood Memories

We’ve been letting Mr. Serious jump on the couch. I know this is not the wisest idea, but I let him do it anyway. I remember jumping on the couch as a child and part of me likes to see his excitement. It doesn’t really seem to hurt it, unlike something else he enjoys doing on the couch and love seat: banging his back into it as hard as he can. ( Read more... )

I admit, I haven't finished reading your post yet, but I am so so SO sure that I have an external flash just STORED somewhere in my "studio" (aka - what I call the room where I can 'store' anything and everything that might even be remotely related to art, without any organization, without feeling guilty about the "mess") that I don't use. It's an excellent flash, but I just love my cheapie (the one I use on a regular.) I can't even remember the last time I even touched the other one, but I remember seeing it. I think I've mentioned it to you before before. If I didn't, I've been meaning to! I hate the "on camera" flash, too, and avoid it whenever possible.

When I find it I would be delighted to send it to you. Even if it's just something you want to experiment with. It's got a lot of life and love to give.

Sorry, I ramble. :-P Back to the rest of the post. (I so failed at 365 this year. When my camera died, I missed so many days, got so discouraged, and just couldn't find the right "starting point". Yes, these are all pathetic excuses. I'm not okay with that.)

That would be really awesome. :)

I missed about 2 months of project 365, but started back up again. You can start at any time, doesn't have to be on Jan 1.
