back, bitches
yep, i'm back at schoo' now. getting my learn on and the such. spent $267 today on textbooks... and i'm still missing 3 books... which will put me back another $128 to $170. Much sadness. But on the upside... i can see NYC from my bed. That's pretty sweet. I can't wait until the trees lose their leaves and i can really see it. Also... new roommate isn't here yet... i don't know what's up with that. Some of her stuff is here, but she is not. I'm also falling asleep b/c i slept 5 hours last night, woke up at 6:30, wasted like 2 hours at the airport just waiting, then hopped on the plane and flew here, then took a cab here, then brought my crap upstairs, unpacked... watched an episode of six feet under, fell asleep for like 3 minutes, went to dinner, and then came back and played around with facebook and myspace. Whew. I know.
So, i don't think i won me some coldplay tickets. that makes me sad. i really wanted to go... but i guess i'll survive. i guess i'll just have to go the next time they have a tour. man... and i could have at least tried to weasel my way into tickets if i were going to be in charlotte on the 9th. it might not have worked, but it would have been worth a try. oh well... just my luck i guess. instead of coldplay i might just go see the lloyd dobler effect... they're gonna be here on wednesday. haha, if i got that'll be the 2nd time i've seen them this "summer" and the 3rd time i've seen them this year. weird.
oh well... i'll post again if anything interesting should happen. or if i think of something better to say, or whatever.
