“If you need a showering companion I can be one too.” Chanyeol’s eyes do not leave his Macbook screen when Yifan drops the question. “But maybe that’d be too hot. I mean hot as in literally hot because we’re both so tall and… why are you staring at me?”
Yifan shakes his head in disbelief. “Tel me why I even bothered asking you in the first place?”
“Well because I stay in the same room with the person with whom you wanna shower but haven’t the guts to ask? And I have shower privilege?”
“I will just leave now, thanks anyway. And remember if you dare to tell him I ask you this I swear I will make your life more miserable than living in hell.”
“How scary”, Chanyeol chuckles in amusement, and Yifan's forehead creases.The former then stands up face to face with him and whispers. “I have secrets to tell. It’s Baekhyun’s. Usually I’d ask for something in return but you are my favorite hyung so I’ll give you this piece of information for free… wanna know?”
Yifan swallows hard. “Not sure if I want to.”
“I will tell anyway.” The mischief in Chanyeol’s voice cannot be mistaken. “Baekhyun has a beauty mark on his left thigh.”
Yifan tries to keep a pokerface but the victorious look in Chanyeol’s eyes tells him he doesn’t do it very well.
Damn Baekhyun and his beauty marks.

Actually, before he went to ask Chanyeol, Yifan had already talked to those who have “shower privilege” with Baekhyun, but no one gave him a satisfying answer. Not that Chanyeol was any more helpful, but now his reply makes room for Yifan's imagination. Yifan has always been fascinated by Baekhyun's beauty marks, esp the one on his upper lip; it makes him more charming, if that is even possible.
He never knew there is one on his thigh, though, so Yifan wonders how it looks like? Is it as attractive as the one above his lips? Standing bold against his milky white skin?
Yifan doesn't even registered Baekhyun's presence right in front of him until the younger waved a hand frantically at him. "Duizhang? Earth to duizhang?"
Taken aback, Yifan takes a step back. "Hi Baekhyun"
"You are weird, hyung." Baekhyun scrunches his eyes "You're been spacing out since we finished dinner after we came back from our schedule. Is there anything that is bothering you?"
You and your stupid beauty marks, Yifan wants to say, but he smiles instead. "Guess I'm a little tired. Why are you not in your room yet?"
Baekhyun's eyes crinkles into half moons as he raises the pajamas and towels in the air. "Shower time~~~"
Yifan feels dizzy. Shower. Baekhyun. Beauty marks.

Yifan found himself rooted at the bathroom door five minutes later, listening to the sound of water and Baekhyun's singing voice from the inside. This is weird, e thinks, totally completely weird and ohmygod why am I even here I should go right now...
His right hand betrays his rationality though, when it hits the doorknob.
"Sehun? Come join me." Baekhyun cheerily says, while Yifan contemplated between stepping in and running away. "Zitao is that you?"
Yifan opens the bathroom door a little wider, peeking inside. Baekhyun is rinsing the shampoo off his scalp, and thank God he is having his boxers on. "It's me."
"Oh... Yifan hyung?" Baekhyun looks up, smiling almost nervously. "You wanna shower?"
"Only if... you don't mind" Yifan curses in his head that his voice comes out with so much uncertainty. "Never mind I'll just do it later."
“Wait, hyung." Baekhyun stands up, running his hair through his dripping wet hair to stop the water from running into his eyes. "I don’t mind at all. Aren’t you tired? You should take a quick shower first and then go get some rest... I can wait"
Yifan's face goes blank. "You hate showering with me that much?"
"What...? No, wait, what makes you think so?"
"You do it with Chanyeol, Sehun, and all the other Chinese member except for me... what else should I think?"
"It's not like that!" Baekhyun shakes his head vigorously, glancing up but immediately looking down when his eyes meet Yifan's "I'm just... self conscious around you. You're so handsome and your body's so great and everything about you is so perfect and..."
Baekhyun's hair is still dripping wet and Yifan thinks he looks absolutely beautiful gnawing at his lower lip, the beauty mark on his lips moves ever-so-attractively; and Yifan can't help but lift his chin up and make he look into his eyes. "You are ridiculous."
"Don't make fun of me," Baekhyun protests, and Yifan chuckles, his left hand moves up to touch the skin where lies the beauty mark, before pinching his cheek with affection.
"You are beautiful, more so than me, more so than many people I have known. Don't be silly. Now help me wash my hair. Let those dainty fingers of your", he lifts Baekhyun's left hand up, "work their magic on me."
Baekhyun blushes, then smiles. "I will make you feel good. Yixing hyung likes it very much!!!"
"I'm sure you will"

Later, when they are finished and Baekhyun dries Yifan's hair with a towel, the older asks him in a low voice. "I have a rather... sensitive question. I might sound very weird to ask about this but I need to get it out of my mind... don't be mad, will you?"
Baekhyun smiles assuringly "Shoot"
"Do you happen to... have a beauty mark on your... thigh? I didn’t think it was appropriate to look at that area when we were showering earlier so..."
"Oh my god", Baekhyun drops the towel, and Yifan panics a little. Does he think I am a perv?
