been a while. in fact it seems the only thing i use this for is such inane posts as:
dan's moving out of 323 fitzgerald st in the near future (basically when we find someone else), so if you or anyone you know that isn't an axe murderer or recovering smack addict is looking for a house please please point them in our direction. the detail things are as follows:
- 323 fitzgerald st just by chelmsford st
- large room
- polished boards / high ceilings fed style
- fully furnished with everything, although we need more glasses
- you get to live with me (YAY) and david who is a very nice guy and buys you alcohol all the time time
- rent is $396 per calendar month. like yeh pretty much $100/week but months are longer than than 4 weeks etc yeh blah.
- you get free, yes FREE, wireless adsl broadband
- our fridge is ok
