ok. ok. so myself and dan are looking for a housemate (fucking anyone really). the house is already fully furnished etc etc etc, you don't need to bring anything just pay us $93/week rent. bond is $400 and then paying rent a month in advance. if there is a problem with either bond or first rent i will be more than happy to loan anyone this amount if it can be repaid over a couple of months. we appreciate its a lot at once.
dan and i are studying full-time and working aswell so aren't there too often.
