Another feat of sorts, I joined Weight Watchers. Upon doing so I am going through all the cabinets and writing the food exchanges on packaging. So far so good! I'm 3/4 of the way through everything. We're having a Spring Vegetable Linguine with roasted garlic. In a few I've gotta get off my bum and fix that. Also, we're doing the prep work for tomorrow's chili night. It looks to be a really tasty chili, too. ^_^
Back to the kitchen for now.
