Still loving this. I think you did an especially good job with Michael's VO.
I wish I'd known about the summary you link to before - I wouldn't have been so focused on trying to figure out the M7 characters. Now, I'll be better prepared for the next beta job *hee*

Thanks. It was actually quite fun to write Michael's VO, and could have easily gotten carried away.

Also, I didn't actually write the M7 summary until just before I posted the story (I backdated the post), so don't worry about it.

I'm thinking about continuing this, but my M7 muse has been absent lately.

....see, this is why feedback is good. I'm already starting to think of what to put in a sequel. Though you'll have to wait awhile, because continuing this would be far down my writing list. :)

Hello. Just passing by and, though you don't know me (I go by Lumina~ in the Mag7 fandom.), my eye was caught by the words "Ezra Standish" and I had to comment on your wonderful fic.

I'm not all that familiar with Burn Notice -I"ve seen exactly one ep, AS's, of course. - but from what I saw, I think you captured both the flavor of the show and the character of Michael very well. Love the mysterious connection you've forged between him and Ezra, as well as the story promise inherent in favors owed and given. Great insight into the parallels between two essential loners, by nature and by choice, changing in ways unexpected but, perhaps, not unwelcome, with the addition of allies - family - in their lives.

When I saw the ep False Flag, I said I really wished we could see Ezra and Michael playing opposite each other. That would be dynamite, I thought, and the start to your AU makes me want it even more. Hope to see more! :-)

I believe I've read some of your stuff over at 7/7 and Blackraptor - a few years ago, I read practically every Ezra fic on Blackraptor (gen, adult and on).

I wasn't really planning on writing more to this - it was a sudden plot bunny after mainlining Burn Notice for 5 days straight. However, I'm getting some ideas as I read feedback (as usually happens), so we'll see what happens.

Wow, you have a great start to for a crossover fic. I love how you describe Ezra and his relationship with his team. Michael is figuring out just how great the backup and trust of others is; he is appreciating Sam and Fiona. It was lovely that Ezra did show up to lend Michael his support and that the team is backing him on this. The retention of a favor was a big deal. I love your Ezra and your Michael; they are true to character and interact so well. It would be fanstatic if you expanded this; I would love to see the whole team working with Michael, Sam and Fiona. Thanks for posting this!

I have been thinking about continuing this, but we'll see what happens. Free time is about to become scarce, and I have other stories I really want to finish. However, I love writing Michael and Ezra together - and can only imagine the fun of putting Fiona in the same room as the rest of the Seven.

Loved this story. I have never seen Burn Notice and now wish I had. I love the interaction between Ezra and Michael and I do hope that you will consider going farther with this storyline. It's too good to leave alone.

Thanks. I wasn't planning on writing any more, but some ideas are starting to develop and we'll see what happens.

I like writing Michael, so I'm hoping I'll get more ideas. Though finding the time is going to be more problematic.

Fun! I love a good crossover and this one was perfect. You left plenty of room for more in this world should you ever get the urge, but this piece stands very well, I think.

Of course, I'm super intrigued now by all the details you didn't add... *grins*
