I'm seriously so fucking tired of letting everyone down all the time. It's all I ever do, and I've lost control of it. I've messed things up with so many people, including someone who I care about probably more than anyone else right now. I'm constantly holding my tongue to keep myself from saying something I'll regret, but it only ends up making things worse. So either way, everything is getting fucked up, and I really don't know what I can do about it.
