New Phone Service?
For the past year and a half, my phone has been the bane of my communication ability. Like getting into a gunfight with a nerf gun.
So I need a new phone. Looking into new phones with my current provider (Sprint), there's the new HTC Touch Pro. Has the fancy QWERTY keyboard built-in much like my current phone. It comes in handy when I feel like I want to type up stories or a long Journal. My reservation about it is that Windows 6.5 is about to be released and it is a massive upgrade from Windows 6.1--on that same note, Windows Mobile 7 is a year away. *shakes fist*
I didn't really consider other plans and I was thinking that Lurch and I could combine our accounts. Not sure how that would work though, whether I could/should get a new phone with a new contract and then join them or if only one of us could get an updated phone. They might not feel that it would benefit them for either. I am unlikely going to get an honest response fromany of their sales people.
Though, the possibility of changing services is there as Lurch's contract with Sprint expires soon as well.
Lurch wants an iPhone, but we are learning that the ATT support isn't all it's cracked up to be. Then there's the G1, and it would seem that some people like it. More research is required, am sure of that.
I wish I could find somewhere that could provide trustworthy information. Anyone able to point me in a good direction?
