Update
And so I begin the long process of learning Russian. I managed to get the program to work on my crappy old Archaeotech™ laptop. And while I refreshed my knowledge of the Cyrillic Alphabet, I still have issues with doing transliterated Russian. I guess I'll just type it phonetically.
In other news, I came up with a new Warhammer 40k army. Only problems other than my current limited finances are that A: it's going to be really expensive to make, as it's going to be pretty much completely from Forgeworld, which makes high-quality, but expensive resin models (not to mention having prices in British Pounds), and B: the majority of the models I'll be using are in their advanced order section and won't be out for a month.
Maybe I can make it a project for next year's DragonCon.
