All Hail Kratos!
Click to viewOH. MY. GOD. God of War III looks absolutely badass. I'm especially impressed since this trailer is made entirely from gameplay footage. I haven't played GoW since its first game back in the good ol' PS2 days, but I think I'll have to revisit that one in preparation for this third installment.
I'm more of an RPG video gamer, but GoW is one of the few button-mashers that I like to play when I'm in the mood to whack something. I'm not a violent person normally, but there are times when I just want to punch someone and certain video games have provided a safe haven to explore and unleash my dark side.
In the past, it was the Devil May Cry series that whetted my appetite for destruction but it's been replaced by a few games, most notably God of War. It's the one game (so far) that deliciously indulges my darker tendencies. The game's quite violent, and frankly I wouldn't have it any other way.
