I've had the oportunity to do more baking lately.
I had almost forgotten how much I like to bake. I hadn't done much for a long time since I was living on my own. I wouldn't want a whole batch of cookies or pie just for me. It's also fresh fruit picking season. A wonderful excuse to make pies and treats. And it's really a lot of fun! I look for more excuses to bake something.
